How are guests vetted?
Guests are required to complete our on-boarding forms, which will give us all their details, names and ages of all guests.
Who is our point of contact?
You are assigned the same member of the team, before, during and after.
How do my guests check in?
They are greeted by the assigned house manager, who will look after them during their stay. We are also on hand to assist if required.
How is the property checked before the deposit is handed back?
Before deposits are released we will require the house manager to confirm this to us.
How is pricing set?
This is done on an individual basis for each client during our onboarding and are in line with the current market.
What happens if the guests require assistance during their stay?
We have in-house staff to handle the requests.
Can we block out any dates for our own family?
Yes, no problem. Let us know the dates you wish to travel and we will block them out.
Do you advise us when safety checks are due?
Yes, we can arrange all of them on your behalf and send reminders when they are due.
Do we need to advise the insurance company we are letting our property?
Yes, they may have restrictions.
