Important note to our house rule before you make a reservation:
* Only registered guests allow to stay at the property
* Kindly turn off aircon units when guests are not in the rooms , when guests leave the property.
* Please do not have windows open when air-condition is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony outdoor area is ok)
* Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 35000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time subject to damage or breakages. A security deposit can also be hold by credit card as a hold authorization.
