RESERVATION: All reservations require a 30% deposit of the total cost at the time of booking; reservation will be confirmed, once the deposit has been received.
CANCELLATION: 100% reimbursement of deposit if booking cancellation is received up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date; all cancellations or changes must be notified to the owner in writing via email. Any cancellations after this time will be non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time will be charged the full stay amount.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00, with early and late requests accommodated upon request and subject to availability. Check-out time is at 11:00.
